Why join Being Human?

Because if anything defines us human beings, it’s that we’re not content just to survive—we want to thrive, to live fully and richly. We are storytellers and the story we’re most invested in is the story of our own lives.

Being Human, therefore, is about what it means to live meaningfully, and I explore this in weekly essays and notes through the lenses of psychology, culture and faith. Here’s some essays to give you a sense of what I write about:

I write about living meaningfully as human beings, drawing on insights from psychiatry, the Bible & Apple and my recurrent themes include relationships, emotions, human behaviour, narratives and the role of tech in human potential.
